This autumn/winter he’s selling Oyster Shell Candles with Gold Leaf Edging.
 
Made with ethically sourced local oyster shells and soy wax. As a natural product each shell will be different in shape, size and colour. They range from 10-15cm in length. (Larger 15-20cm shells available on request!)
 
Burn time varies from 3-6 hours depending on the depth of the shell.
 
A LOT of work goes into these candles.. first he selects the perfect shells, then he needs either Chris or I to sand a flat surface on the bottom to stabilise them. They then need to be cleaned and dried.. all before the candle making and gilding can begin! We are working on a video to show the whole process!
